It is a P2P Networking Layer built for the Versatus Network, a new Web3 protocol.
The protocol can be communicated by leveraging its JSON-RPC API. This means that the network is language-agnostic. For now, the LASR project supports Typescript. Therefore, it is possible to add more language support soon.
